my steering wheel is blue
with ridges for my grip
keeping me in the middle
between safety and disaster

a sharp turn to the right
another to the left
if you turn too quickly
you are going to spin

every now and then
i will take my hands off
and drive with my knees,
eat, drink and tune the radio
until a a big turn comes up
i'll grip with both hands
and bare with the road

can you take the wheel for a second?

just let me know if i need to brake
while I hide my eyes
and change my clothes
no need to stop moving
i'll feel much better

there is a horn in the middle
of my steering wheel
